  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • Salt to taste
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup for a touch of sweetness

  1. Blend the Chipotle Peppers:
  • Start by finely chopping the chipotle peppers in adobo sauce. If you prefer a smoother consistency, you can blend the peppers into a paste.
  1. Combine Ingredients:
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, and minced garlic. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
